FAQ's

Do you work with CBD and licensed cannabis?

Absolutely. We provide location-level reporting and job costing across your Florida footprint.

Through PEO scale, we offer competitive plan access and manage enrollment and support.

How fast can we launch?

Most clients onboard in a few weeks, depending on head count.

What is a PEO?

A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) partners with your business to handle payroll, HR, benefits, and workers’ comp administration under a co-employment model. You keep full control of daily operations; we manage the people-ops infrastructure so you stay compliant and scale smoothly.

Yes. We’re Florida-first and built for the Sunshine State’s CBD & cannabis market, but we support operators in other states where our solutions and carrier networks are available. Tell us your locations and we’ll confirm coverage and requirements.

Who do you serve?

Florida CBD retailers, licensed cannabis operators, cultivation/processing, manufacturing, labs/R&D, eCommerce, delivery (where permitted), and multi-location MSOs—plus ancillary businesses that support the industry.

What services are included?

• Payroll & tax filings, W-2/1099 support

• Time & attendance, PTO, scheduling

• HR admin, onboarding, handbooks, policies

• Benefits access & enrollment support

• Workers’ comp administration & safety programs

• Compliance checklists, audits, and required postings

We run accurate, on-time payroll (weekly/biweekly/semi-monthly), file payroll taxes, and deliver W-2s. Location-level reporting and job costing help you track labor across stores, departments, and roles.

Can you support multi-location and MSOs?

Yes—centralized payroll, standardized policies, and location-level analytics so you can compare stores and maintain consistency as you grow.

Do you offer benefits?

Through PEO scale, you can access competitive medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement options. We handle eligibility tracking, open enrollment, and employee support.

gs.

We administer workers’ comp, coordinate certificates, manage claims, and help you implement safety programs and return-to-work procedures to reduce risk over time.

Do you help with HR compliance? Yes—handbooks aligned to Florida requirements, required posters, I-9/E-Verify guidance, manager basics, harassment prevention training, documentation workflows, and audit prep.

1099 vs W-2—can you advise? We provide HR guidance and documentation best practices to reduce misclassification risk. (We’re not a law firm or tax advisor—your counsel has final say.)

Yes—offer letters, e-sign onboarding, new-hire packets, background checks (where compliant), and policy acknowledgments to keep records inspection-ready.

We connect with common timekeeping, POS, and accounting tools. For seed-to-sale or custom workflows, we’ll review your stack and propose the best integration path.

Typical onboarding is 2–4 weeks depending on head count, locations, and benefits timing. We’ll align the timeline to your next payroll cycle.

PEO pricing is usually a per-employee fee (PEPM) and/or a small payroll percentage. Share your headcount, roles, locations, and current costs—we’ll provide a transparent quote and a savings comparison

We offer flexible terms. If you need to exit, we’ll provide a clean transition plan for payroll, benefits, and records.

How do you protect our data?

Role-based access, encryption in transit/at rest, secure document workflows, and regular audits. We follow strict privacy and retention protocols.

Do you offer legal or tax advice?

We provide HR compliance guidance and best practices, but we’re not a law or accounting firm. We’ll collaborate with your counsel/CPA to keep everything aligned.
